Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PostUno (the “Service”), operated by PostUno (“PostUno”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, connecting a social media account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PostUno lets you upload a video or images and a caption once and publish it to your connected social media accounts — currently Facebook Pages, Instagram Business/Creator accounts, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn — through those platforms’ official APIs. Features, supported platforms, and limits may change over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must have the authority to connect and publish to any social media account you link to PostUno.

3. Connecting third-party platforms

When you connect a platform (such as Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube), you authorize PostUno to access and act on that account on your behalf via the platform’s API — including publishing the content you submit. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect a platform at any time from within the Service, which revokes PostUno’s access going forward.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership of the videos, captions, and other materials you submit (“Your Content”). You grant PostUno a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and publish Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and delivering it to the platforms you select. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and to publish it;
• Your Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; and
• Your Content complies with all applicable laws and the policies of every platform you publish to.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise violates platform policies;
• Distribute spam, malware, or engage in fraudulent or misleading activity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its APIs; or
• Circumvent any usage limits, security measures, or access controls.

6. Plans, fees & cancellation

PostUno currently offers a managed subscription priced at $9/month, which includes one active profile, plus $5/month for each extra active profile, with a 7-day trial. A valid payment method is required before managed profile provisioning. Plan limits and pricing are shown at checkout. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by PostUno and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or the Service beyond the limited right to use it as permitted here.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (such as authentication, hosting, storage, and the social platforms’ APIs). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that publishing will always succeed, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party platforms will accept or retain Your Content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostUno will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service becomes impractical. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
